It depends on the duration of your trip and how safe cover. These things actually happened on a cruise I took last December. Not for me but for all passengers; 1. Missed flight. It had to be hospitalized ashore in a foreign country for several days after medivac'd (private jet) at home. 5. (Seniors) became very ill. It had to be moved off the ship by helicopter and hospitalized in a foreign country. I do not know how he and his wife returned to her home. While the above have paid for your travel insurance – except one person who is the luggage was lost.
